  3. Include all of the additional items that you want to include in your suite. Don't worry, we'll email you a list with pricing to choose from as well after your purchase.
  4. We will send a final invoice to choose from to complete the rest of your order.
  5. Upon payment, we will send your proofs in 1-3 business days. *You may add items later, but an additional admin fee may be added for time.
  6. 2 revisions are included (please allow 1-3 business days for us to send each)
  7. Approve your order via email to go into production.
  8. We print and ship!

Custom original one-of-a-kind design (from scratch) for orders starting at $1200, email for our custom process.

We'll send a final invoice for your order to purchase your entire suite due in full to continue the process.

Rush Services are available for $50 - must email before ordering or add to cart at check out.

Only words and some colors (based on the design) can be changed. Any additional changes such as fonts, layouts, images, etc. will be a custom design and require an additional fee upon availability. Printed proofs are available upon request for an additional fee due in advance.

Design Turnaround:

·Free digital proof sent to your email within 1 to 3 business days.

· Once carefully reviewed & approved, your order will go to production.

This assumes a response time of 1 business day or less for proofing and changes. Additional rounds of changes and failure to respond promptly will result in processing time delays. We will not be able to rush orders due to a delay in responses.

Please review your card for spelling, grammar, etiquette, print legibility, and any photo cropping.


Printing + Shipping:
· Production takes approx. 3-5 days from the time of approval. Please allow an additional 7-14 business days for specialty paper, envelopes from our vendors, and specialty printing.
· Shipped and transit via USPS Priority mail within the United States only are in addition to our production times. Please be sure to leave enough time to receive your items. Upgrading shipping may be required but does not "rush" the production of your order. It is for shipping only.


Tracking # will be sent via email upon shipment.

While most transit times have returned to normal after the COVID shutdown, we are still seeing some delays. No delivery times are guaranteed by madetokeep®. We will guarantee that we will ship by the date of your order but cannot guarantee delivery times. Be sure to double-check current transit times before ordering.

*Due to personalization, all orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once approved and sent to print, orders can't be changed and madetokeep® is not responsible for any errors, but a new order can be placed.
