Please note: colors may display differently from monitor to monitor and on different mobile devices. Printed tags may not match exactly to what you see on screen and this is normal. If you have questions about the color, please contact us prior to ordering.
Due to personalization, all orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once approved and sent to print, orders can't be changed and madetokeep® is not responsible for errors, but a new order can be placed.
· Free digital proof sent to your email within 1 to 3 business days.
· Once carefully reviewed & approved, your order will go to production.
This assumes a response time of 1 business day or less for proofing and changes. Additional rounds of changes and failure to respond in a timely manner will result in processing time delays. We will not be able to rush orders due to a delay in responses.
Please review your card for spelling, grammar, etiquette, print legibility, and any photo cropping.
Printing + Shipping:
· Production takes approx. 3-5 days from the time of approval.
· Shipped and transit via USPS Priority mail within the United States only are in addition to our production times. Please be sure to leave enough time to receive your items. Upgrading shipping may be required but does not "rush" the production of your order. It is for shipping only.
Tracking # will be sent via email upon shipment.
While most transit times have returned to normal after the COVID shutdown, we are still seeing some delays. No delivery times are guaranteed by madetokeep®. We will guarantee that we will ship by the date on your order but cannot guarantee delivery times. Be sure to double check current transit times before ordering.
Proofing & Cancellations Due to Lack of Response:
This order is made just for you! Our designers work around your wording and needs in order to create the perfect design and offer more than the big online stores where YOU type in your wording and have no designers available like us!
You will be required to review a proof and respond with changes or your approval via email. We will not print your order until your written approval is received.
Your stationery will be printed exactly as shown on the approved proofs so please take the time to review all of the text and wording throughout the entire proof set. Should you find an error in your stationery, please respond with your changes or questions.
Note: we cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. While we do our best to call attention to any errors we may see during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the customer.
Once your proof is received, you may request ONE round of changes. Additional changes are $10/round and must be paid in full to do so.
Written approval via email “APPROVED FOR PRINT” must be provided before your order will be printed. Once approval is provided, any additional changes will result in additional charges.
All designs shown on our Website, Facebook, Etsy, Instagram, and featured on other sources are all copyright to madetokeep® and owner, Melissa Miller. Use of any designs is prohibited and is subject to $100 per instance of use and any legal fees due to the action taken to collect payment for the infraction(s) are the responsibility of the “client”. Use of any designs that you purchase digitally or printed is prohibited in any additional designs that you attempt to create without the purchase of the rights or design files.
When you place your order, you are agreeing that:
You agree to approve all files and understand made to keep® is not responsible for any errors or mistakes if contained within any of the files.
Once approved, you cannot make any changes after the order is submitted for print and all additional printing orreprints will be billed separately and may contain higher per piece costs.
All designs referenced in this contract and emailed as samples are copyrighted to made to keep® and cannot be used without the permission and payment for the rights to the design files. any use of made to keep®’s designs, logos, graphics, etc, without permission are subject to $100 per instance of use and any legal fees due to the action taken to collect payment for the infraction(s) are the responsibility of “client”.
You allow made to keep® to use the designs they created for your order for their portfolio and social media marketing after mail out (please discuss any issues in advance).
